If you’re in Farmingdale and want a place to visit on the weekend or for a night out, you should try The Villager. People love it for the great food, good drinks, and fun atmosphere. There’s also a location in Babylon with the same vibe.

When I visited, I started with the 'Blue Point - Toasted Lager.' It was a really refreshing draft with lots of flavor. I’d recommend giving it a try if you’re interested.

For food, I got the 'Short Rib Grilled Cheese,' which was amazing! It featured braised short ribs, Brie and Gruyere cheese, apple-bacon jam, and caramelized onions on sourdough ciabatta. My mouth is watering while writing, as this was juicy, savory, tender, and simply a chef's delight. Honestly, anything with short rib usually tastes outstandingly delicious (at least in my opinion)! Highly recommend ordering this if you do come here!

At The Villager, you can order anything from their burgers, sandwiches, bowls, soups, salads, tacos, appetizers, drinks, and more. Reservations can be placed online through Resy. Catering and private events are available here, and you can inquire for more information online. Also, be sure to keep up with the weekly specials and live music schedule. If you love a night out at a great restaurant, then you have to check out The Villager!
