Town Bar + Kitchen (American - Morristown, New Jersey)

Town Bar + Kitchen is a contemporary American restaurant in downtown Morristown with eclectic vibes and a fantastic menu. My family and I came here over a month ago for my birthday, and we all enjoyed our meal.

The 'La Fiesta Rosa' sure was a fiesta to drink!

When we arrived, I ordered a 'La Fiesta Rosa' to start. I can’t remember everything that was in it, but I know it had tequila, agave nectar, lime juice, and jalapeño. Even though I forgot the rest, I really liked it because it was sweet, strong, and a little spicy.

For appetizers, my family and I got the 'Meat & Cheese Board' and 'Coccoli w/ Stracchino & Prosciutto.' The 'Meat & Cheese Board' was incredible, and came with smoked marinated olives, pear mostarda, cornichons, and baguettes. This did not disappoint! The 'Coccoli' was fried pizza dough with stracchino cheese and prosciutto. Long story short, this is a savory version of zeppoles, and a great, unique twist on appetizers.

For dinner I ordered the 'Steak Frites', which consisted of a 6 oz. small steak together with fries and bordelaise sauce. Although the steak was a bit small for me, it was cooked perfectly and melted in my mouth. The fries were extra crispy and very delicious. This was the first time I had tried 'Steak Frites' and as a result I was quite satisfied. I didn't try the 'Potato Gnocchi alla Bolognese' and the 'Short Rib' although they are pictured on my Instagram and looked great!

I had to end my birthday meal with dessert, of course, and got the 'TBK Brownie,' which was a chocolate brownie with caramel. It was super delectable, tasty, and just too good!

At Town Bar & Kitchen, you can order drinks, appetizers, entrees, salads, sandwiches, burgers, dessert, and more. Takeout and delivery are offered here. Reservations and private events can be booked in advance through the restaurant's website. Plus, you can apply for a job if you are looking. Gift cards are available for both purchase and use.
