My latest review is from Seoul BAP in the NoMad neighborhood of Manhattan, which is renowned for its delicious food, refreshing drinks, and vibrant atmosphere. I came here with a friend, and we felt the vibes were truly immaculate here. If you are looking for a place in the city that has all of that, this is the spot!

When I went, I started off with the 'Korean Pear,' which had pear-infused vodka, soju, honey, lemon, and demerara. This was super sweet, light, and refreshing with a lot of pear flavor. Plus, this could also be made into a mocktail.

For appetizers, my friend and I tried the 'Korean Fried Chicken,' 'Seoul Chicken Sliders,' and 'Corn Cheese.'

The fried chicken is pretty self-explanatory. The sliders came with ranch slaw and pickles, and can be ordered with house chips or fries. If you do not want chicken, you can get the chopped cheese ones. The 'Corn Cheese' was amazing. It was sweet corn with melted cheese and spicy fried cauliflower. So cheesy, and irresistibly good!

In addition, I also got the 'Bossam,' which was pork belly lettuce wraps with house ssamjangg sauce and radish kimchi. This dish was simple, filling, and endless, as there was so much lettuce and pork belly to go around.

Of course, I had to end my meal with dessert, and had the 'Black Sesame Ice Cream,' which, in my opinion, was an awesome flavor! The ice cream was housemade, and I can confirm that black sesame and ice cream do go hand-in-hand!

At Seoul BAP, you can order anything from their tapas, entrees, bap & noodles, drinks, dessert, and more. Ordering online is not available yet, but will be soon. To stay informed, be sure to subscribe to Seoul BAP's newsletter through email to receive all news and updates. Interested in booking any events? Be sure to inquire on their website. Next time you need a restaurant recommendation in the city, be sure to check out Seoul BAP!
