Qua Pizza (Italian - Manasquan, New Jersey)

Qua Pizza in Manasquan is making its presence known lately, thanks to its viral 'Spicy Chicken Hero.' I've been viewing many social media pages of people trying this hero over the last couple of weeks, so I knew that the last time I was in the area, I had to give it a try!

The 'Spicy Chicken Hero' combines a buffalo chicken sub with a chicken Caesar sub in one sandwich. It comes with a chicken cutlet, lettuce, buffalo sauce, Caesar dressing, and plenty of cheese on semolina bread. The mix of buffalo and Caesar flavors with the cheese made every bite taste amazing.

Hopefully this sandwich becomes a permanent menu item

On top of that, I also got the 'Mozzarella Sticks' because anytime I see them on the menu, I have to get them lol. These were fantastic and exceeded my expectations...cheesy, crispy, savory, and too delectable.

Lunch combos are available Monday to Friday from noon to 3 p.m. If you want to enjoy their Roman square pizza at home, you can pick up a 'Take-N-Bake' version, with instructions provided on their website. The website also has information about current specials and job opportunities. Qua Pizza provides pickup, delivery, and catering services. In addition to their Manasquan location, they have another spot nearby in Asbury Park. This is a great place for delicious food, so be sure to try the 'Spicy Chicken Hero' while it's still available!
