Posh Pop Bakeshop is a bakery that has been on my food bucket list for a long time, and I have been wanting to go for so long now. However, I have not had the chance to make the trip, but the last time I was in the city, I happened to be in the area and decided on a whim to make the trip. Posh Pop is located in the West Village, for those interested in going. From the first time I viewed their Instagram page, I was mesmerized by how insanely incredible and delicious all the sweet treats here are. I was also impressed by the variety offered at Posh Pop, as there is A LOT to choose from! Posh Pop is also a gluten-free bakery, which is fantastic for all non-gluten eaters. I was fascinated by that news because I have had some gluten-free desserts before, and I think they taste much better than some gluten desserts, in my opinion.
I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to order, as I honestly wanted one of everything that was displayed, lol. From all the brownies, cakes, muffins, cookies, brookies, pies, etc., it was impossible. However, I got the 'Funfetti Cheesecake Brownie,' and an 'Iced Mocha Latte' as well. The brownie was to die for!! This was SO good, and especially with the cheesecake and whipped cream, it was like eating a piece of heaven. Plus, who does not love funfetti?! In my opinion, funfetti always makes every dessert better! I was obsessed with this brownie, and it was unbelievably amazing! The iced latte was very sweet (just how I like) and mocha-like, lol. It was very refreshing, and definitely hit the spot with my sweet treat. Typically when I drink coffee, I usually have to add sugar to make my coffee sweet, as I like mine extra sweet. However, I did not have to do that, which was perfect for me.
On top of being a gluten-free bakery, Posh Pop also carries some dairy-free items, for those who do not eat dairy. Needless to say, this bakery is very accommodating with dietary needs. I will not get into menu details as you will be reading this blog all night, lol, but I highly encourage you to check out their Instagram and website to get a glimpse of all the incredible goodies that Posh Pop has! The website offers a ton of helpful information, and is a great resource. From the website, you can place orders for wholesale selling and custom orders. Instore pickup and local delivery are offered here as well. In addition, nationwide shipping is provided here, so you do not have to live in the NJ & NY area to try out these goodies. I strongly recommend that everyone give Posh Pop Bakeshop a try if you can because everything here is excellent!!
