Lately I've been a kick to find healthy food, and specifically eateries that cater to healthy and/or alternative food. What I like and am trying to find from these places is food items that are not salad because when people think of "healthy" or "diet." They automatically link it to salad, but that is not always the case. Recently, I found MySalad through my area and had to try them out. I wanted to venture out to try a non-salad like meal, and when I went, I ordered the 'My Tuna Wrap,' which has tuna salad, romaine lettuce, grape tomatoes, banana peppers, and carrots with a red vinegar dressing on the side. However, I got my wrap with a twist and added avocado, dried cranberries, and gorgonzola cheese. The wrap comes with a whole wheat, however I substituted the wrap for a Southwest wrap as I don't like whole wheat, lol. I am actually glad I made those additions to my wrap because it tasted so much better and had a great combination of so many flavors from everything.
I've also been into juices lately and decided to get one as they all have one-hundred percent natural ingredients. I got the 'My Pineapple Paradise,' which has pineapple, orange, coconut water, and agave. It was really refreshing, sweet, and yet satisfying, and I would definitely get this again! In all honesty, I felt really stuffed after both the wrap and juice, actually even before finishing both! So the food here is nutritious and will fill you up for sure!
There are a variety of things to order from here such as salads, sandwiches, soup, wraps, toast, smoothies, juice, bowls (both warm and smoothie), wellness shots, and so much more.
