Jack Jones (Pub - Astoria, New York)

Last weekend, I ventured out to Astoria in Queens and decided to check out Jack Jones, which was great. The vibes in here were spectacular, and this is a fantastic spot if you are looking for a bite to eat, something to drink, and to meet up with friends.

Without realizing it, I actually came during brunch, which happens here on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 am to 4 pm. I got the 'Jack Jones House Burger, which came with lettuce, tomato, and onion on a toasted bun. You do get a choice of cheese and a side. I got mine with cheddar and fries. The burger itself was seriously juicy and delicious, and each bite left me wanting more, lol. In my opinion, you cannot go wrong with burgers, and this one did not disappoint! The fries were also tasty, as they were golden and crispy on the outside, and soft and fluffy on the inside.

On top of that, I had the 'Jack Jones Red Ale,' one of their drafts. It was refreshing and not too strong or heavy, which I liked, as certain beers can be.

Besides brunch, you can also order their small dishes, shareables, burgers, sandwiches, salads, entrees, desserts, specials (weekly, lunch, & dinner), drinks, and so much more. Jack Jones also has a small grocery store you can shop at for limited items. A grocery store within a restaurant/pub?! That's the first time I have heard of one, but how awesome does that sound!!! Pickup and delivery are also available through Seamless and Grubhub. When in Astoria, Jack Jones is definitely a spot to consider going to, as I am sure you will love it!
