Last weekend, I went to Brooklyn to visit one of my friends and check out a couple of food spots, and Hungry Burrito in the Greenpoint neighborhood of Brooklyn was one of the places I visited. This place is known for its authentic and delicious Mexican food, and the vibes and aesthetics were incredible, with bright colors everywhere, music blasting, and friendly staff.
I had some 'Chips & Salsa' first, which were delicious, light, salty, crunchy, and a good way to start the meal. On top of that, I also got a 'Mexican Coke,' with my food, and it was a great refreshing beverage with a light, sugary taste that was just right.
For my meal, I got the 'Hungry Burrito' with chicken, which came with rice, beans, jack and cheddar cheeses, and chipotle sauce drizzled with sour cream and avocado sauce. This burrito was stacked and loaded, to say the least. Every bite was a big mouthful, and I got a ton of flavors from the rice, beans, cheese, sauces, and chicken. Needless to say, this was so big that saying I was full after eating is an understatement, lol.
For food at Hungry Burritos, you can order anything from appetizers, drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic), burritos, enchiladas, quesadillas, tacos, burgers, mole poblano, Camarones Al Ajillo (shrimp), desserts, and a whole lot more. Catering is offered here, as well as ordering online for pickup. Besides their Greenpoint location, they have one spot in East Williamsburg and another location in Ridgewood (Queens).
