Fluffy Fluffy Cafe (Cafe - Edison, New Jersey)

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity to visit Fluffy Fluffy Cafe in Edison, New Jersey. Outside of their Edison one, they do another spot in Jersey City as well as many locations throughout the country in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas, and even some international spots in the United Kingdom.

Now, why do you need to come right now...and I mean RIGHT NOW!! That's because throughout the entire month of December up until December 31st, Fluffy Fluffy is running a holiday promo by offering a Merry Festive Trio to all its customers, which consists of one of their all-day meals paired with two of their desserts; their signature cheesecake and mango pudding. And this Trio is only $16.50 for everything!! That's right $16.50 for a meal and two desserts. You truly cannot beat that!

All-Day Meal: Breakfast Sandwich (bottom), Tater Tots (top), Salad (Right)

My All-Day Meal was their 'Breakfast Sandwich,' which comes with either sausage or bacon with two sides of tater tots and a salad. I did request my eggs on the side, as I do not like to eat eggs, lol. This is still great to eat without the eggs, and honestly satisfying, as the bun is either their well-known soufflé or croffle. Mine was the soufflé, and these were by far the fluffiest pancakes I have ever eaten! They were super light and just perfect! The sandwich also had a chipotle-like sauce, which I loved.

The Cheesecake, but make it basque

The cheesecake here is a 'Basque Cheesecake,' meaning that it's crustless and has a caramelized and burnt exterior. The cheesecake itself was very fluffy, creamy, and cheesy. If you love cheesecake, then you will love the one at Fluffy Fluffy! The 'Mango Pudding' was quite tasty with lots of mango flavor and came with whipped cream, a strawberry, and I think with a mango on top, maybe, lol.

What I loved about the Merry Festive Trio is that it comes with a lot of food, but you feel full enough, and not stuffed, which is great! There is a lightness to the food, which I enjoyed!
