I recently came across FIRE Roasted Chicken & Grill in Cedar Knolls, and I am completely hooked on this place now. Everything about this place is unbelievable with amazing food and incredible service. There's something about the vibes of this place and even from eating the food that feels very warm and homemade. You can definitely feel the love from every bite as it is exactly like eating a homecooked meal from a loved one.
The day I went, I was really in the mood for a 'Chicken Caesar Wrap,' and that is exactly what I got. The wrap itself was beyond delicious as there was a perfect balance between the chicken, lettuce, croutons, Parmesan cheese, Caesar dressing, and wrap. The chicken was super delicious as it was really seasoned, succulent, and cooked to perfection. This wrap overall exceeded my expectations and I was super impressed.
Now with my wrap, I was able to order two sides with it as well. The first side I got was their 'Potato Salad,' and I kid you not, this might have been the best potato salad I have ever eaten before! The potatoes were diced and were just right. They were not too hard, and not too soft. Also, the dressing it was in was incredibly delicious. It tasted sweet, creamy, tangy, and had a bit of a kick to it as well. It was so good that it is almost indescribable. The other side that I ordered was 'Stuffing.' I was just really in the mood for 'Stuffing' in that moment, and it was for sure a good choice in my opinion. The 'Stuffing' itself tasted exactly like the homemade one that you eat for Thanksgiving. It was warm, savory, filling, and very tasty. It came with some melted butter on the side, and it was heavenly.
For food, you can order anything from sandwiches, wraps, burgers, salads, ribs, sides, and especially chicken (as that is the main specialty here). Catering, takeout, and delivery are all offered here for customers.
