The Pasta Project (Pasta - Farmingdale, New York)

Who doesn't love fresh pasta? There's truly nothing better...at least in my opinion! And for all you Long Islanders or visitors, you can get some at The Pasta Project in Farmingdale. They are located inside Gino's of Farmingdale. What's great about this place is that you can create your own pasta by choosing the pasta, sauce, and toppings. Or you can try a signature dish here instead.

Fresh pasta always hits the spot!

When I arrived, I tried the 'Pesto Siciliano,' which consisted of tagliatelle with homemade Sicilian pesto, sundried peppers, fresh mozzarella, and olive oil. This pasta was very rich and full of flavor, particularly from the pesto and sundried peppers. It was incredibly filling, and if you love pesto, then you will love this dish!
