I went down to the Jersey Shore recently and decided to stop at Belmar for a bit. While I was in Belmar, I decided to try some food, and one of the places I came across was Sonny's Grille, that's mostly known for its burgers and hot dogs.
I ordered 'The Tony Montana' burger with provolone, jalapenos, an onion ring, and chipotle sauce. This burger was delicious from the bun, meat, cheese, onion ring, chipotle sauce, everything. I LOVE cheese and sauces, so this was already a win for me, and the onion ring was an added bonus. I didn't really care for the jalapenos, but the burger was still amazing!
I also got the 'Nick Williams' hot dog in dirty water, which is what they are known for. The hot dog came with mustard, raw onions, and chili. It was really good, and I felt the flavoring of everything complemented each other well! I also had their 'French Fries,' which were also great. Golden, crispy, and crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. Overall, the fries were very delectable.
Sonny's Grille has tons of burgers, hot dogs, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, desserts, and more. You can either go in person or order through DoorDash or GrubHub for pickup or delivery. Catering is also an option here for customers, so make sure you look at their menu if you have any events you want catered from Sonny's. Next time you're in Belmar, stop at Sonny's Grille for some good burgers and hot dogs.
