Everyone has or had their go-to pizza place in college that they constantly went to, and mine was Planet Pizza in Newburgh, New York. I started going to Planet Pizza around either my sophomore or junior year with a few friends, and after my first time, I was hooked. There was something about the slices that my tastebuds found mesmerizing. About a month ago, I was up in the area for another food event, and I decided to stop and grab some slices on my home, and it felt very nostalgic and was like going back down memory lane for me.
Every time I go to Planet Pizza, my go-to slices are their 'Chicken Bacon Ranch,' and 'Buffalo Chicken' slices, and that is exactly what I got when I went back. One of the reasons why I like the slices from here is that there is the perfect balance between crust, sauce, cheese, and toppings, and nothing seems overpowering or underwhelming. Everything seems just right. I swear these slices have gotten bigger in the last few years because I do not remember them being this huge, but I did not mind that, lol.
The 'Chicken Bacon Ranch' slice is delicious, and has all the goodness that anything chicken, bacon, and ranch flavored has to offer. Another big reason I love the slices from here is because they put the necessary condiments and sauces directly on the slices, and as we know, I am a big condiment and sauce guy. With this slice, they put ranch on it, and yeah that's right! It absolutely makes the pizza more amazing than it already is. In my opinion, if you are going to have 'Chicken Bacon Ranch' and 'Buffalo Chicken' pizza, I think you MUST have the appropriate dipping sauces directly on the pies.
Speaking of 'Buffalo Chicken,' that leads me into my next slice. The 'Buffalo Chicken' slice is incredible as it has buffalo chicken as well as blue cheese, including chunks, on the pizza, and it is unbelievable. I am a huge blue cheese lover, and it does not disappoint! It tastes so delicious, and truly how a huge a buffalo chicken pizza slice should taste. It is phenomenal!

Catering is also provided too. Overall, Planet Pizza is the best pizzeria to go to in the Hudson Valley Area, and you need to try it out if you have not gone before.
