Maya Thai Eatery (Thai - Westfield, New Jersey)

I recently visited Maya Thai Eatery in Westfield, New Jersey, which has incredibly delicious Thai food and a great ambiance—everything about this place from the food, drinks, service, and more.

When I went, I started my meal off with a 'Pineapple Cobbler Mocktail,' which was amazing! It was super sweet and refreshing. What I liked about this beverage was that although it was sweet, it had the perfect amount of sweetness, and it was not too much, which was excellent. I wish I knew what was in this because I would definitely make this at home!

For appetizers, I had to get the 'Curry Puffs' and 'Crab Rangoons,' as those are my favorite starters to order at a Thai restaurant. The 'Curry Puffs' were stuffed with chicken, potatoes, and onions, and they came with a cucumber salad dipping sauce. The flavor from the puff filling was insane, and the actual puff itself was delicious. The rangoons were terrific, and they had imitation crab meat, celery, scallion, and cream cheese with a honey mustard dipping sauce. I did not think honey mustard and crab rangoons could go together, but they do, and I am here to confirm that this is a dynamic duo you do not want to miss out on!

My main meal was the 'Pad See Ew Noodle' with chicken. It also came with broad noodles and broccoli. This also comes with egg, but I ordered mine without the egg. This dish was fantastic, and there was some type of sweet and savory sauce in here that was delicious.

I had to get dessert, and I got the 'Creme Brulee Cheesecake,' which was unbelievably amazing! The creme brulee coating was the best part of this dessert, as it was crunchy goodness. Plus, cheesecake is supreme, in my opinion, and is always tasty.
