I was recently invited to JINYA Ramen Bar in Totowa, New Jersey, to try some of their tasty and refreshing menu items. Their location in Totowa is relatively new; however, they have numerous locations scattered across the United States, as well as a few in Canada. Walking in, I was amazed and blown away by the ambiance of this place, as it gives off great and welcoming vibes. Throughout the night, I heard the staff chant or yell certain phrases (wasn't sure what they were saying lol), but I thought it was funny and interesting. Also, a side note, the service here is very quick and prompt, for those of you who do not like to wait.

When I came, I started my night off with their 'Lycheetini,' which is a lychee martini. It tasted light and was strong, lol. I would definitely recommend this cocktail if you are looking for something not heavy in flavor. I also got a mocktail, and tried the 'J Girl Mocktail,' which had lots of strawberry flavor, and is a great alternative if you are not looking to drink alcohol.

For appetizers, I had the 'Pork Gyoza,' 'Crispy Rice with Tuna,' and 'JINYA Bun.' The gyoza was awesome, but in my opinion, you cannot go wrong with gyoza. The bun was very fluffy, and it had a delicious pork belly with good flavor. The crispy rice was by far my favorite of the apps, as it was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. Plus, the tuna was amazing!

Now the main star or dish at JINYA is obviously their ramen, and I got the 'Birria Ramen,' which is one of their popular menu items. It is a great balance of mixing Mexican and Japanese together by combining the birria meat with all the ramen ingredients from the noodles, broth, and veggies. If you are obsessed with birria like me, you will love this dish. A lot of the ramen bowls here also come with two sides. I got the 'Crispy Chicken,' which was super juicy, tender, and boneless (a plus), as well as the 'House Salad,' which hit the spot.

Another dish I also tried was their 'Impossible Tacos,' which were incredible! It was impossible to taste the difference between the impossible meat and real meat! This tasted like ground beef, and I loved these!

Ending my meal here, I had to get dessert, and got the 'Matcha Tiramisu.' This was definitely an interesting fusion between matcha and tiramisu; however, it was not bad. I loved the presentation of this and how it came in the box.

At JINYA, you can order anything from their ramen, rice bowls, curry, tacos, salads, small plates, chef's specials, cocktails, mocktails, desserts, and more. Pickup and delivery are both available here. Gift cards are available for purchase and use. If interested, you can buy merchandise, and there are franchising opportunities. Plus, you can sign up for JINYA's Rewards Program by downloading JINYA's app, sign up, and start earning points whenever you order or eat there. If you are a ramen lover, then you have to try JINYA because it will fulfill all your ramen cravings!
