IJ Sushi Burrito (Sushi - Wayne, New Jersey)

I recently stumbled across a new food find in Wayne, New Jersey, which is IJ Sushi Burrito. As you can tell, this place is known for its sushi burritos and can be found in the Willowbrook Mall. They also have another location at the Rockaway Mall. If you love both sushi and burritos, then this is the perfect spot for you!

The 'Sumo Crunch'

When I went, I ordered the 'Sumo Crunch,' one of the signature burritos here. It had shrimp tempura, surimi crab, avocado, cucumber, onion chips, and tempura flakes. This came with both spicy mayo and eel sauce. Now this sushi burrito was PACKED!! This thing was filled with rice, seaweed, crab, and shrimp tempura. You definitely get a mouthful and a generous portion here, which is worth it.

The 'Chicken Karaage'

In addition, I also tried the 'Chicken Karaage,' which is a type of fried chicken. The coating was not particularly crispy and crunchy, but rather smoother, similar to the coating found on chicken at Sweet & Sour Kitchen.
