I love delis, and especially trying new delis. Recently, I tried the Great Wazu in Parsippany, New Jersey, which has a ton of delicious sandwiches and traditional deli sides to choose from.
For my meal, I got 'The Gobbler,' which had oven-roasted turkey, lettuce, tomato, mayo, and cranberry sauce on toasted eight-grain bread. This was pretty much a Thanksgiving sandwich, and it was so good. Every bite gave my tastebuds a sneak peek of the tasty food I will be feasting on in a few weeks, and it made me really excited for Thanksgiving. The cranberry sauce, though, was the standout, and that made the sandwich for me.
On top of that, I also ordered the 'Redskin Potato Salad,' which hit the spot. It tasted like a true, classic potato salad with all the flavors and did not disappoint! However, I think it did have eggs, and I do not like eggs, so I was not a fan of that. However, this was still good!
At the Great Wazu, you can order sandwiches, salads, paninis, Sloppy Joe's, sides, and more. Pickup, catering, and delivery are all provided here, and more information on catering packages can be found on the website. Merchandise is also sold on the website as well. If you need deli recommendations in the Parsippany area, well you can thank me now because the Great Wazu is definitely one that should be on your list!
