Forks Pasta (Pasta - Seaford, New York)

Who doesn't love pasta? Seriously, I mean it is so good, and there are so many options to choose from pasta type, sauce, cheese, you name it! If you love pasta as much as I do, well you are in luck because out on Long Island, Forks Pasta in Seaford is a hidden spot for strictly pasta.

Cavatappi + Pesto + Burrata = Perfection

The choices are limited, which is pretty good because it will not leave you to struggle for minutes on what you actually want to eat. For instance, you can choose from rigatoni, penne, or cavatappi for pasta. For sauce, there is vodka sauce, bolognese, or basil pesto. You can also add meatballs and/or burrata if you wish too. It also comes with grated parmesan and red pepper flakes as an added touch too.

Obsessed with this container

I ordered the cavatappi with basil pesto and got burrata with mine. One of the things I love this place does creatively is they put the pasta in one of the pint-sized paper containers for Chinese food. I think it is a cool concept and smart way to market the product and place. The pasta itself was really fresh and delicious, and there was plenty to eat. The pesto was very herby, cheesy, and tasty, I do not usually get it, but I am glad I did because it went really well with the pasta. The best part was the burrata, as it was super creamy and really hit the spot!

Now this place is takeout only, so you can order your food to go for pickup. They are open only from Wednesday through Saturday from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. To find where Forks is for pickup, they are behind Cara Mia Restaurant, and pickup is at the Spoons Ice Cream window. Overall, I was super impressed with this hidden place and the food, and I highly suggest it to anyone who wants to give it a go!
