Last week, I had the chance to check out Figo il Gelato in the city to try their delicious gelato, and let me tell you, it was really good! They are based in New York City and have multiple locations throughout the city. I visited their location on the Upper East Side. However, you can also find them in Little Italy, Greenwich Village, Williamsburg in Brooklyn, and Astoria in Queens.

When I went, I got their 'Large Cup,' which comes with three flavors of your choice. The flavors I got were the 'Luca,' 'Ferrero Rocher,' and 'Yogurt Greco.' The 'Luca' was the blue gelato, which is a cotton candy flavor, and was an excellent fusion between both. The 'Ferrero Rocher' is the exact chocolate, but in gelato form. However, there were actual chunks of the Ferrero Rocher chocolate, which I loved! The ‘Yogurt Greco' tasted like traditional yogurt and had almonds and honey.

On top of that, I tried a bunch of other sweet treats here, and one of them was their 'Nutella Bombolone,' a stuffed doughnut with a filling. This was definitely one of my favorite things I ate at Figo il Gelato, as the combination of a simple powdered doughnut and Nutella is elite and something you can't top!

I also had the 'Plain Cannoli' and the 'Dubai Chocolate Cannoli.' Both tasted exactly how you would expect. However, the 'Dubai Chocolate' one stayed intact longer while I was eating it, which I liked, as cannolis sometimes get messy and crumble the more you eat them.

In addition, I also sampled Figo's pack of five cookies, which were light and a good snack to munch on if you don’t want something filling.
At Figo il Gelato, you can try anything from their gelato, pastries, coffee, tea, and more. Pickup and delivery are available through delivery-service apps. If you are a gelato lover, you have to get to your closest Figo il Gelato store because you will love all the gelato options here!
