Cafes always have a cool and relaxing vibe, serving delicious beverages and tasty food that makes you feel right at home. That is exactly how I felt at Brioche NYC. This Midtown cafe is known for great food and drinks, and is within walking distance of Bryant Park. I had the privilege of being invited in to try some of what Brioche NYC has to offer.
I tried two of their beverages, the first one was their 'Sweet Corn Latte,' which was phenomenal, and tasted exactly like eating sweet corn. I was actually surprised and taken aback by how identical the taste was, it was almost scary, lol. The concept of this latte was also really unique and over-the-top, I loved it! The 'Sweet Corn Latte' had housemade sweet corn puree, coconut milk, mascarpone cheese cream, and a dash of tajin powder. Don't knock this until you try it because this was awesome!

The second beverage I had was their 'Summer's Peach Tea,' which was refreshing and light. This was perfect, as I did not feel too full or filled up from this, but it was cold and just what I was looking for.

For food, I got their 'Zucchini Toast,' which is well-known here, and it came on brioche toast with zucchini, sun-dried tomato, arugula, bacon (looked more like ham), and a poached egg in habanero aioli. The aioli was super tasty, and I did not feel much of a kick from the habanero, which I enjoyed. I did not eat the egg, but the toast was amazing, even without the egg! It had a lot of flavor, and it also looked and tasted vibrant. I would recommend getting this toast.

In addition, I also had their 'Basil Tomato Croissant,' which was terrific. Is it me or does everything taste better in a croissant? This was practically like a pizza, as it had cheese, sauce, tomato, basil, and balsamic. Everything about this was fantastic, and I wish I ate another one because that is how good this was!

At Brioche NYC, you can order anything from coffee, tea, lattes, toast, desserts, other breakfast and brunch items, and more. They are open everyday until 5 p.m. Next time you need a cafe to hit up in Midtown, you got to go to Brioche NYC!
