Big City Sandwiches (Sandwiches - Eatontown, New Jersey)

The flavor and portions at Big City Sandwiches are nothing but big! Actually extraordinary! One of my latest food finds is Big City Sandwiches in Eatontown, New Jersey, and I am honestly obsessed and hooked after coming here. The food is outstanding, and this is a place YOU all need to check out!

I got a few things to sample when I came here, and the first thing I got was the 'Yo Adrian Sandwich.' It had slow-roasted pork, sharp provolone, and homemade broccoli rabe. This was super juicy, tender, and mouth-drooling! Now, this was very sharp in flavor, most likely from the cheese. However, I loved that about this sandwich, and it made it stand out for me! Highly recommend, and one of their popular menu items!

On top of that, I also ordered the 'Disco Fries,' which, as you fellow New Jerseyans know, disco fries are a state specialty here (especially at diners)! These were crinkle-cut fries that came in a brown gravy with melted mozzarella. Boy oh boy, were these good! They were packed with flavor to say the least, and it was my first time actually eating disco fries! However, they were a little too salty, but still amazing!

A true NJ staple

In addition, I also had the 'Crack Mac & Cheese.' I have not come across one post or review from others that didn't include the 'Crack Mac & Cheese.' Ordering this is a necessity...sorry I don't make the rules! This truly does taste like crack in the sense that it is so good, it's addicting! What makes this mac and cheese unique is that there is a sweetness to it that you would not expect. To me, that is what makes this dish! However, there is something about the sweetness and what makes this taste like crack to be a bit of a secret, and I do not know what that secret is, lol.
