Coniglio's Old Fashioned (Italian - Morristown, New Jersey)

Coniglio's is an Italian restaurant in Morristown, New Jersey, known for its delicious food and serving as a great spot in the Morris County area for an Italian food pick-me-up. It is also conveniently located near my job, and I took advantage of the opportunity to grab some lunch there not too long ago.

Drooling from this melt as we speak

When I visited Coniglio's, I ordered the 'Hot Italian Melt,' which featured salami, fresh mozzarella, roasted peppers, sautéed onions, Italian oregano, and roasted garlic piled on griddled semolina bread. This sandwich was stacked with tons of flavor, literally between the salami, cheese, and garlic. As this is a melt/hot sandwich, there was something that made me feel comforted while eating it.

Bolognese Arancini with Vodka Sauce...you'll thank me later

On top of that, I tried the 'Arancini.' You can order the mozzarella ones or the bolognese ones with a dipping sauce of marinara or vodka sauce. I got the bolognese with the vodka sauce, and let me know you, it was a great choice because this combo was phenomenal! Definitely genius if you ask me!
