Recently, I found Guacamole when I was scrolling through Instagram and instantly knew I had to try this place out. The food looked spectacular, and I'm always looking for a new Mexican place to try, so this was a win-win for me.
I wanted to get something that I usually wouldn't and ordered a 'Chimichanga' with rice and beans. Customers get to choose what meat and beans they would like as well as any other modifications. I got my 'Chimichanga' with Al Pastor (spicy pork with pineapple), black beans, and guacamole (which costs extra). I mean how could I not get guacamole, it's in the name of the place, lol! The chimichanga was absolutely delicious. I didn't know what to expect with the pineapple, but it added another great element to my food and made it a little more sweeter. I also ordered a 'Beef Empanada' too, and this was amazing. It was everything you would want in a perfect empanada. The pastry shell was crispy and crunchy, and the meat was cooked well and seasoned.
There is so much food to choose from at Guacamole from burritos, rice bowls, quesadillas, fajitas, enchiladas, tortas, tacos, tostadas, and so much more. The portion size is great as there is a lot of food to go in and plenty for leftovers most of the time! You can go in-person to eat, but customers can also order for pickup or delivery too. The staff is very warm and friendly, the food is delicious, everything at Guacamole is fantastic! I will definitely be going back soon!
