I think it's safe to say that New Jersey has the best bagels in the entire country. They're fresh, warm, not too hard and not too soft, what's not to like about them! 5 Brothers is a bagel place in my town, and the bagels here are incredible.
I got a 'Cinnamon Raisin' bagel with one of their gourmet cream cheeses, 'Funfetti' cream cheese. The combination of both is very sweet and interesting, but also weirdly goes perfectly together.
Now I had no idea funfetti cream cheese existed, but it's one of the best things I've ever had! It's so good, and I highly recommend getting some if you can! I also got an iced coffee because you can't have a bagel without iced coffee. I like mine very, very sweet, so I added a lot of cream and sugar into mine, and it hit the spot.
Besides bagels and coffee, 5 Brothers Bagels & Deli also has breakfast wraps and sandwiches, omelets, muffins, pastries as well as soup, salads (regular and deli ones), wraps, paninis, burgers, sandwiches, juice, and smoothies, and more. You can get in-person, takeout, or delivery. Plus, they cater too! 5 Brothers also has another location in Newfoundland which you can go to if you're in the area. Finding the perfect Jersey bagel just got a lot easier because 5 Brothers have got you covered.
